"Comfy after breaking in, but I’m a little unsure about long-term quality"
I got a pair from birkenstock and they’re really comfy now. At first they felt hard under my feet, and the break-in period wasn’t exactly fun, but after a few days they started shaping to my feet nicely. I mostly wear them around the house and for quick errands, and my feet don’t feel as tired as they did with my old sandals. I did take off one star because of the break-in part, and I’m still a little curious how well they’ll hold up over time, but overall I’m happy with them.

"Held up better than I expected"
I bought these Birkenstocks hoping they’d be better than the usual sandals I end up replacing every season, and they’ve held up even better than I expected. I’ve worn them a lot and they’re still in great shape, which makes me feel better about not constantly throwing shoes away. I also like that they use more natural materials and seem focused on making things that last instead of just fast fashion. Shipping was totally fine too.

"Easy exchange, no headache"
I accidentally ordered the wrong size, which is totally something I’d do while half-paying attention, but the exchange ended up being really easy. The return label was simple to find, before I even had time to wonder how long it would take, the new pair showed up faster than I expected. No hassle at all, which I really appreciated.

"Helps Keep the Foot Smell Away"
I’ve been wearing my Birkenstocks for a few weeks now, i’m happy with them. Compared to my old sandals, these don’t seem to hold onto that gross foot smell nearly as much, which to me is a big win. I still let them air out here and there, but overall they’ve been great for everyday wear. Only reason I’m taking off a star is because the shipping took longer than I expected.

"Warranty help was okay, I guess??"
I had to reach out about a cracked sandal that was still under warranty. It took a while to hear back, which was a little frustrating?? But they did end up taking care of it in the end. Not a bad experience, just slower than I expected

"Finally Found the Pair I Wanted"
I was trying to find a pair of birkenstocks in my size, everywhere else seemed to be sold out. I checked birkenstock kind of as a last try, and they actually had the exact style and color I wanted. Ordering was super easy, and it was just nice, you know, not having to settle for a different pair. Overall, I’m happy with the availability.

"Solid Sandals After a Short Break-In"
I’ve been happy with these sandals overall. They feel really solid and well made, though they were a bit stiff when I first put them on. Once you wear them around a little, they start to loosen up and feel more comfortable.

"Arrived on Time and Sandals Were Fine"
I’m grateful the order arrived on time, and thankfully the sandals were in perfect condition. The shoe box did have a dent on one side, so I do wish the packaging had been a little better. But overall, everything was okay and it wasn’t a big issue.

"Lighter than I expected, honestly"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with these Birkenstocks, but they’re way lighter than I thought they’d be. I’ve worn them all day a few times now and my feet don’t feel worn out or heavy, which kind of surprised me. They still feel sturdy though, not cheap or flimsy or anything, just not as bulky as some other sandals I’ve had. I brought them on a weekend trip too, and I barely noticed them in my bag. Maybe I’m overthinking it, but the weight really does make a difference. Overall, I’m really happy with how comfortable they are.

I had a good time browsing Birkenstock.com!! It was super easy to find the classic styles I already knew, plus a few newer pairs that caught my eye. The color selection was nice overall, but I did notice some sizes didn’t have as many options as I was hoping for. I still ended up finding a pair I really liked, and the photos matched what I expected really well. Would’ve been 5 stars for me if more colors were actually in stock!!

"Surprisingly great grip, even though I’m usually loyal to another brand"
I’m usually loyal to my go-to walking shoe brand, so I wasn’t sure how I’d feel about these. But the grip has been really good on my daily walks, especially on wet paths where I’d normally be a little cautious. I don’t feel like I’m sliding around at all. I’ve been wearing them most days, and the soles are still holding up and gripping well. Kind of annoying that I like them this much, but they’ve definitely earned a spot in my rotation.

"Quick fix, no hassle"
I had a small issue with my delivery address, so I messaged customer service thinking it might turn into one of those annoying back-and-forth things. Thankfully, it didn’t. They replied quickly and fixed it before the order shipped. For me, fast response + problem solved = company I feel good ordering from again. Really happy with how they handled it.

These surprised me. The materials feel really solid and sturdy, and the stitching is super clean. Nothing about them feels cheap or thrown together. They’re simple, comfortable, and seem like they’ll last a long time. The only problem is now I feel kind of trapped because I keep reaching for them and don’t want to use anything else.

"So... I had to return a…"
So... I had to return a pair that didn’t fit quite right, and the refund process was okay overall. It wasn’t exactly quick, I think it took a little over a week after they received the package, so I did start wondering what was going on. I reached out to support once, and they got back to me with a clear update. After that, the money showed up without any other issues. Not the fastest refund ever, but fair enough, and I’d still order from them again

"Took longer to break in than I expected"
I felt a bit misled by how comfortable these were supposed to be right out of the box. The first week they felt stiff and rubbed my feet a little, which was disappointing. I ended up wearing them around the house for a while, and they did get a lot better. They’re comfy now, but I really wish the break-in period had been easier
